![]() Vehicle wheel suspension
专利摘要:
In the wheel suspensions mainly used within commercial vehicles having a heavy load on the axles, for instance, in the rigid steerable axles of a bus or in its independently steerable wheels, the axle or the intermediate part is rigidly connected with a movable rotating journal disposed on the end of the hub axis and provided with a spring element support. The general disadvantage of known solutions lies in the fact that they prevent from achieving an advantageous structure by means of underslinging the bus floor, and are additionally complicated and require the use of a large machinery. These disadvantages can be avoided by rigidly securing the journal (14) to the support (20) of the spring element.
This invention relates to a vehicle's wheel suspension, which is proprietary, separate or rigidly connected to the wheels of a bus. The known suspension of the wheels of a motor vehicle contains a kingpin fixedly rotatable at the end of the axle of the wheel hub, rigidly connected to the holder of the elastic element and to the element connected to the frame of the motor vehicle or to the pivot of the other wheel. The lack of a suspension consists in a high metal content. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the metal capacity. This goal is achieved by the fact that, in the suspension of the wheels of a motor vehicle, containing a pin, which can be rotated at the end of the axle of the wheel hub, rigidly connected with the holder of the elastic element and with the element associated with the frame of the other wheel, the holder The elastic element is fixed on the upper end of the pin. Fig. 1 shows an example of the execution of a suspension using an element that rigidly connects pins; Fig. 2 shows a variant of the connection holding the bodies of an elastic element with a pin; Fig. 3 shows another example of the wheel suspension (independent suspension), Fig. 4 shows the connection node of the pivot holder of the elastic element and the lever, Fig. 3 shows section A-A in Fig. 3. As seen from Figs. 1, 1, the axle is rigidly controlled (the element connecting the pins), 2 is the frame, and 3 is the complete wheel hub (assembled) with the rubber tire and brake installed. The hub 3 of the wheel has a lime, made in the form of a forked grip, an axial end face 4 of the axis in which the king pin 5 is fixedly rotatable — at the top of the sleeve 6. and below, in an axial roller bearing 7. The ends of axis 1 are provided with lines 8, through which pass Through pins 5. Axis 1 is rigidly connected to a pin 5. This connection is in this case solved with the help of a locking pin 9, which prevents axial the displacement and rotation of the pin 5 relative to the axis 1. The frame 2 rests on the spring. elements, in this case, pneumatic springs 10. The lower part of pneumatic springs 10 is connected to the holder 11 of the bolt of the Xy element, which is rigidly connected with the pin 5. In Fig.1, the king pin 5 with the holder of the spring element 11 is made as a single part. The axle end 4 is fixed to the console 12, to which the steering wheel 14 is fastened through the ball joint 13. With the help of the (longitudinal) steering gear 14, the wheel hub 3 can be rotated around the pin 5. The pin pin can be made differently (Fig. 2). Pin 5 is provided with an upwardly tapering cone 15 that ends with a threaded end 16. The spring holder 11 for the spring element is provided with a tapered bore 17 for receiving the cone 15. The rigid connection is made by a nut 18 and a key 19. This design has the advantage of making small batches. FIG. 3-5 shows another embodiment of the invention (for individual steering wheels). As follows from FIG. 3, this solution coincides with —c of FIG. 1. The difference is that instead of axis 1 with a pin 5, a similar rigid connection contains element 20. The upper transverse lever 21 and the lower transverse lever 22 are pivotally attached to the frame 2 and can be rotated in a vertical plane. The other end of the lower transverse lever 22 is also pivotally attached to the element 20 to which shock absorber 23 is mounted. In FIG. 3 and 4, the holder 11 of the spring element is designed so that the upper transverse lever 21 can be pivotally attached to it. In this case 11 of the spring element is provided with a hole 24 into which the finger 25 is inserted. In FIG. 4, the rigid connection between the pin 5 and the spring holder 11 of the spring element coincides with fig.2. The invention makes it possible to reduce the metal content of the suspension, which will make it possible to reduce the weight of the unsprung masses of a motor vehicle and improve its driving performance.
